Viva Las Vegas!

For the next 10 weeks, my mission is to look as fabulous as possible!

Calories in: ~1300c. Meal plans will be ~1200 for some wiggle room.

Calories out: Work days, 2500-2800 calories. Non-work days, 2000-2300 calories.

Training:

Work days: Just PT exercises and stretching when needed.

Non-work days: 1-2 hours of low intensity steady state cardio whenever possible. If feeling too weak, just rest.

Expected weight loss calculations:

Calories eaten each week: 1300 x 7 = 9100

Minimum calories burnt per week: (2500 x 5) + (2000 x 2) = 16500

16500 calories - 9100 calories eaten = 7400 caloric deficit

9100 calories / 3500 calories per lb = 2.1 lbs per week

Maximum calories burnt per week: (2800 x 5) + (2300 x 2) = 18600

18600 calories - 9100 calories eaten = 9500 caloric deficit

9500 calories / 3500 calories per lb = 2.7 lbs per week

Over the course of 10 weeks, I should lose 21 - 27 lbs.

This is a sprint to the finish line, not a journey. This is bootcamp. This is not for a physique competition - this is just to get as small as possible so I can hopefully feel comfortable in my own skin for the trip.
